Payment Terms

We Accept Bank Transfer, Personal Cheques, Postal Orders, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, or PayPal. If paying by bank transfer from outside the UK you will also need to pay £7.50 bank charges. For credit card payments please call the telephone number at the bottom of this page. We do not keep your credit card details on file and the name that will appear on your bank statement is Elena Gannon.

Shipping

Shipping costs are determined by the weight of your order and the country shipped to. We will only charge the actual shipping costs.

Delivery advice:

We respect your confidentiality and all orders are packaged with no company advertising or logos.

International and E U Orders:

Will be shipped as small packets this service is not traceable. An order over 2 kg may be shipped by courier and this service is traceable. Should an item be lost in the post we will provide you with proof of shipping so you can make a claim.

Returns and Replacements

If there is a fault with your order, please notify us in writing or by email within 7 days of receipt. If an item is the wrong size due to our fault we will replace it with the correct size. If you receive an item and you decide you just don’t like it no refund will be given. All items must be returned in the original packet, unworn and in the new and clean condition in which they were shipped.

Ordering / Sizing

Orders can take up to 30 business days, but we will ship your order as soon as it is ready. If your item is made to measure you will need to fill in a size chart. Please note that your order will be made to the sizes you submit - we do not make allowances for a tighter fit. We will only accept our own size charts. By submitting any of our size charts you accept full responsibility for the accuracy of the sizes given. We will not accept returns, or issue refunds, for mistakes that you have made on these charts. Or if you choose any or our standard sizes that may turn out not to fit because of your wrong choice.

CHECK YOUR E-MAIL! Please ensure you use a valid and current e-mail address when ordering, as you will receive an email confirming your order and any status updates. Make sure that your email system lists emails from sales @@ elenaslatex.com as a safe sender. This will avoid our messages being sent to your Junk folder.

We respect your right to privacy and as all sales are private no parties other than eBay or PayPal will have, or be given access to, your personal data or contact details.
